Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems (TLCP)

The Journal of Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems (“TLCP”) is an international and comparative law journal published by students of the University of Iowa College of Law (“Iowa Law”). Iowa Law has been consistently ranked a top 30 law school in the United States for over 20 years. TLCP, in particular, publishes articles addressing issues that transcend national and political boundaries.

Author submissions should be in electronic format (preferably Word or PDF). Citations should follow the rules published in The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed. 2020). TLCP does not have a maximum word count or page limit, although the length of the manuscript may be a factor we consider in the selection process.
